Sen. Banks Speaks at U.S. Attorney Adam Mildred’s Swearing-in Ceremony

Fort Wayne, Ind. – Today, Senator Jim Banks (R-Ind.) spoke at the swearing-in ceremony forU.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana Adam Mildred at the E. Ross Adair Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Fort Wayne.

Mildred was sworn in by Chief Judge Holly A. Brady of the Northern District of Indiana.

Senator Jim Banks (R-Ind.): “Adam has spent his career serving northern Indiana and standing up for law and order. I’m excited to see what he’ll accomplish as U.S. Attorney forthe Northern District of Indiana as he holds criminals accountable and protects Hoosier families.”

Adam Mildred Background:

Adam Mildred previously served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Allen County and the Chief Deputy Prosecutor in Noble County. Adam is a veteran Indiana prosecutor and has tried over 200 cases, including trials involving homicide, robbery, drug trafficking, and other crimes. He holds a B.S. from Ball State University and a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
