Senator Banks: “This is a national crisis. Just last week, a 64-year-old man was killed in Indiana by an illegal from India. The week before that, four Amish men killed by an illegal from Kyrgyzstan. And then late last year, we had a National Guard soldier driving a Humvee on a highway in Indiana in a training exercise was sideswiped by an illegal from the country of Georgia.”
“All of these illegal truck drivers given CDLs or trucking licenses from states like California, Pennsylvania, New York. They go to fake truck driving schools and then Democrat States give them a license and allow them to drive a semi-truck on a highway, and they end up killing people because they can’t read English, they
can’t speak English, they don’t know our driving customs. We got to crack down on
it and stop it.”
“…Dalilah, a beautiful seven-year-old girl. I just spoke to her dad, Marcus, just before I came on the show. And Brian, I have three daughters… knowing what she’s gone through and what so many others go through. It’s very personal. But the law, as President Trump said, the Dalilah law says that we’re going to take away CDLs, truck driving licenses from illegals that Joe Biden allowed to come into this country. We’re going to withhold federal funding from states that give driver’s licenses to illegals. And then when you take that truck driving test to get the CDL, it will be conducted in English. I mean, this is all common sense. We should be doing it already.”
“This isn’t just about the safety of families on the road. These illegals are taking really good paying jobs away from Americans. Democrats say all the time that illegals do the work that Americans don’t want to do. These jobs are six -figure jobs. I mean, truck drivers are hardworking men and women. They make good money, and illegals are flooding into our country. Shady companies are hiring them to drive semi-trucks.”
“You saw last night the Democrats wouldn’t stand up when President Trump said we will pass the Dalilah law. They wouldn’t even stand up and applaud for it.”
